In many luxury and resort destinations, brands work with stunning venues and great local partners, but still need someone to hold the overall technical standard and risk management. What’s the difference between your standard and premium services?
Standard productions are great for straightforward events with moderate risk and simple formats. Premium is for high stakes moments where you need additional design time, senior technical ownership, full redundancy and more intensive pre-production. In premium you get our most experienced people, our most robust setups and a higher level of documentation and control.
How early do we need to book you for a premium production?
Premium projects benefit from early involvement. Ideally we join the conversation 6–12 months before the event so we can influence format, venue and technical design. We do take on faster projects when we can, but lead times may limit what is realistically possible.
Do you support events in destinations like Monaco, Barcelona or Dubai?
Yes. We are based in Finland, but our premium team can travel with you and lead the technical production in destinations such as Monaco and the French Riviera, Barcelona, Lisbon, Marbella, the Amalfi Coast, Mykonos, Santorini, Dubrovnik and Dubai, working together with vetted local partners.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. We work with creative, brand and event agencies as a technical production partner. We are happy to operate behind the scenes or as a visible technical partner, depending on how you position us with your client.
Do you operate outside Finland?
Yes. For events outside Finland we can act as your technical lead, design the show and help set up a local delivery model together with you and selected partners, depending on timelines and scope. Our model is one responsible technical partner working with local crews and logistics so that the experience feels consistent with your brand regardless of location.
